Kirchtruderinger Str. 17, Munich
Tastes good, tasty and typically Bavarian - inside and outside. Classic food in a beer garden. Now and then you have to wait a long time - "before Corona" ... also recommended for takeaways.
We ate very well and out of sympathy we went to the owners to show that we say thank you for the time with you. Everyone stays healthy and afterwards we will be happy to eat with you again. LG. Arthur Carnival.
Very good food and beer. Can get very crowded but with good organization you never wait long for your food or beer. Real boarian economy
Always beautiful! With super-friendly service, you always feel welcome here. The most beautiful Bavarian map in Munich is always fun. Excellent Bavarian & international cuisine at very reasonable prices and in good portions. Special requests are always no problem. There are seats in the cozy interior or in the beer garden. This is due to a very busy intersection, but everything else is clearly positive. Always happy.
Simply cult !! And here everyone should go in with a lot of hunger - the portions are huge and delicious
Great beer garden. Nice and competent staff, delicious food
This place has all what you expect from a typical Bavarian restaurant, good rich food, Augustiner beer, a very warm wooden ambient and a beer garden outside. I have been eating here every time I pass by Munich and the service and quality are always there, you can't mistake if you eat here.
Food was delicious and a good portion! The pork roast was tender and tasty! So did the potato dumplings. The drinks and the food came very quickly! The waitress was also very friendly! I can only recommend it!
Food was good! Less a star for rudeness of waitress!!!
A cozy and rustic tavern with a small beer garden. Delicious meal. Great value for money! We'll be back.
Here you can eat very well and heartily. Portions are large and the price is more than okay. We recommend. Staff very friendly.
Very nice outdoor dining area good wines and the food looked great, but only drank wine. Children's chairs were also available in the garden. Very cozy!
Super delicious food. Portion was definitely sufficient. It's always worth a visit! Seldom had such a nice and cheerful waitress. Prices are perfectly fine. I can only recommend.
Very great location for young and old. A really rustic pub with a cozy beer garden. The service is very good and friendly. Despite the many guests in the beer garden, the food was there very quickly. The prices are very cheap for Munich. Roast pork with large potato dumplings costs € 11.90. Always worth a visit.
The service staff appeared quite busy and inattentive upon initial arrival, however service improved once we were seated. The food came out quickly and was pleasant enough, but nothing particular to write home about. The salad was fresh but lacked zest. The chicken had a rubber feel about it like processed meat which didn’t appeal to me and the Bratkartoffeln had an underlying day-old potato taste. But the food wasn’t particularly expensive. So if you like a casual pub feel then it is a nice enough place to come.
We ate here and were very satisfied. Nice pleasant atmosphere, good portions, at even better prices. All very friendly and anticipatory. Food comes quickly, drinks come even faster. Here the guest feels comfortable.
Can not recommend the restaurant for eating. Young waiter was very rude, would even say disrespectful. Were just about to get up and leave. If only we had done it! The food was on a 3 star level.
Very tasty schnitzel. Portions very good. Nobody goes home with a hungry stomach! I like to be a guest here in the beer garden! The traffic is not too loud from the street. And there is plenty of space in the parking lot!
the food was delicious, the staff very helpful and help you by not understanding the language. I recommend it 100%, I will return without a doubt
Nice place!
Great local. Typical dishes of the area, excellent quality compared to many others. I went with my partner who is local so he knew the place well. I recommend it if you don't want the usual tourist food ?.
Friendly neighborhood pub with traditional German food.
Ausländer? You will not be welcomed here if you are not german. The food is tasty but the service is awful. And you can clearly see that germans are served way better than tourists/immigrants. The servant (the old bald guy in a glasses) was so rude with us that we had to leave. I hope they will hire more professional staff.
The place is really traditional looking. But be careful what you order since there are not many options and most of them might be a bit weird for your taste.
The worst restaurant I have ever been. The food is so bad and I was really disgusted. I don’t really want to call it “food”. I ordered the most expensive option, which is 20 euro, and I got this. All the vegetables have no taste and the beef is not cooked... the sause has no taste no salt. Finally I ate with the pepper and salt added by myself. Really like a nightmare and I am 100% not recommended it and I will never come anymore.
The restaurant serves food until 0100 and has a late night menu (only ~10 dishes) for orders arriving after 2300. We arrived around 2200 and have been told that only orders from the late night card are available. After 2300 the kitchen was closed completely. Another negative thing is that they accept credit cards only for bills more than 100€. Pretty weird these days.
Great food
Good food Great beer Service ok Flies in the restaurant
Good neighborhood restaurant with a beer garden. Good food. Craft beer. Friendly service.
Nice but a bit expensive.
Home-style German restaurant. Very friendly and fast service staff. There are really good and big portions. For families a good value for money. The food was always very tasty. Parking is almost always available, mostly in front of the house. The beer garden is cozy in the summer. All in all a nice tavern with good food. ?? PLEASE LIKE ?? do not forget ? THANK YOU
Nice Bavarian tavern, even if the Bayernummer egg on the map would not need it. Down-to-earth cuisine with decent portions (I often stick to the Braumeist goulash, but the other dishes were always tasty), I have not experienced unfriendly service since I visit the tavern. If you keep coming back over the years, you realize that the menu does not change often. In the summer also beautiful garden. Also recommended for a Weißwurst breakfast from 10:30, a nice start to a day or weekend.
Cosy outdoor area with traditional Bavarian cuisine and drinks. Be warned: the menu in Bavarian sometimes :) But staff speak English and Hochdeutsch. They are tolerant of children and provide some drawing stuff, that's really helpful.
Delicious food in a cozy atmosphere. The beer garden is also nice and the service was very prompt and friendly. Good beers and cocktails. What is also unusual is the long opening time of the kitchen. If you want to eat good Bavarian food with a few other influences (such as Bombay Schnitzel), this is definitely good advice.
Ok food
Delicious food and tasty beer. Asparagus in season is a must!
Very good beer house conveniently located near near the H4 hotel. If that is where you are staying, than spend the extra 15 minute to walk here instead of going to the mall for the start of your Munich Beer house experience. The food quality is definitely up there with the larger names in downtown Munich (the ones with tend of thousands of reviews). The pork knuckle was VERY tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, one of the best I've had around this city. The pork roast was tasty but not the most flavorful when compared to the other 6 beer houses that I've visited by the end of this trip. What makes it 5 stars is that the staff was more friendly than the busier places in the middle of the city. We started off our adventure here first so our beer house literacy was not that high at the beginning. The staff nonetheless was very patient and spoke English and made some good recommendations and explained what item was and even which cut of meat it was from! Ask for the English menu, they do have one.
The place is very typical. The people working there speak only German. They have additional dishes in comparison to what toy can have in other touristic places. The booking is required to find a good place. They are not really kid friendly because they were asking several times to bring the wagen outside also with a small child sleeping inside. The environment is nice and old style. Definitely recommended without kids.
We were there at 6 noon. Were polite and courteous, the food was also very fast to us. Everyone enjoyed it and the service came to the table every now and then to take care of it. It was also well attended. Come again.
Nice Bavarian Wirtshaus. Great traditional Bavarian dishes. Good beer and friendly service
Friendly and competent staff, the food I had was fresh and well-tasting. Wonderful atmosphere, very rustique and traditional. Definitely a recommendation!
Funny, noisy place with traditional vibe. Easy to find, near to the bus stop. Nice beer. I bought their branded beer mug ??
Great Bavarian selection of food, the "Bavarian special" was excellent. Great atmosphere and it was packed on a Tuesday night; probably a sign that it's a hit with the locals. Only issue was they refused to split the bill and they have a 100 euro minimum for visa/Mastercard. It wasn't a huge issue, but definately an inconvenience. I would still reccomend (but bring cash).
Very good
The service was terrible. No WiFi. Bad smell.
Hallelujah Bomay was tasty Portion amount is big Not expensive Nice atmosphere Too crowded and hence waiter would like to rotate table faster
Great germany food. Friendly service and fair price. Very good!!
Omfg if you came to this city and did not visit this place, regret.
Service, food all excellent as usual despite being very very busy
Good food, good waiter, reasonable prices.
